At 212HK, we harness the power of pickleball for joy, community and personal growth. The club’s name is inspired by the 212° philosophy, which implies that the extra degree of effort today can further growth, encouraging individuals to push beyond their limits and strive for peak performance. 212HK — the extra degree of effort today makes all the difference tomorrow.
212 is committed to fostering community engagement through various activities, including tournaments and lessons, which create opportunities for connection and relationship-building among players.

Our Facilities
212HK is Hong Kong’s largest indoor pickleball centred social club. Spanning 15,000 square feet and housing four indoor courts, 212HK aims to be the best place to play pickleball in Hong Kong. Guests can relax and unwind at our cafe after the game, or choose to have a drink and watch live sports from around the globe at our full service sports bar.

Our Elite Academy
Our academy has the ambitious goal of training the next generation of Hong Kong’s top pickleball athletes. Helmed by Asif Ismail, the first US Pickleball Professional Registry (USPPR) certified coach and one of only two USPPR certified coach developers in Hong Kong, our academy program will provide elite coaching for the next generation of athletes, so that they may play and compete at the highest levels.
CEO's Message
Naveed is a sports junky and will play anything competitive. An avid cricketer, having played representative cricket in both Pakistan and Hong Kong, Naveed fell in love with pickleball the first time he played it. Struggling to find enough places to play pickleball in Hong Kong, Naveed decided to address that shortage and 212HK was born.
With a vision to create a thriving community for pickleball enthusiasts, Naveed’s passion and entrepreneurial spirit led to the establishment of 212HK. His commitment to fostering a love for sports and bringing people together is reflected in the vibrant atmosphere of 212HK, where pickleball players of all skill levels come to enjoy the game, learn from one another, and build lasting friendships. Under his leadership, 212HK has not only become a hub for pickleball but also a testament to the positive impact sports can have on community and well-being.

Meet The Team
ASIF ISMAIL
- Director of Pickleball - 212HK
Asif is a former tennis champion with the distinction of having represented both Hong Kong and India in the Davis Cup. He is also a recipient of the Arjuna Award, awarded by the President of India, for his achievements in tennis. He is also one of only two USPPR Certified Coaching professionals in Hong Kong.
JOHN DELGIUDICE
- Director - Corporate partnerships
John previously lived in New York and Singapore, but now calls Hong Kong home. Following a 20 year career in finance across some of the largest financial institutions in the world, John found 212HK the perfect opportunity to combine his marketing expertise and his love for sport. A college baseball and ice hockey player, John now enjoys playing tennis, softball and golf.
JANICE LEUNG
- Chief Operating Officer
Janice spent 20 years in the luxury retail business, most recently being regional lead for Customer Relationship Management for Richemont and La Prairie. Having worked across leading luxury brands such as Chanel, Burberry and Panerai, she is ideally placed to design and execute on our vision of setting the standard for elevated customer experience for our community.
